Instant Video Background Music edits video and audio locally on your device. It has no account, advertising, analytics, tracking, or developer-operated upload service.
Data collection
The app does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, diagnostics, or tracking data with the developer or third parties.
Selected media and files
You choose the video and audio items the app may use. Apple’s private Photos picker and system Files picker provide only the items you select. The app copies those items into its sandbox only as needed to preview and create your exported video.
When you explicitly choose Save to Photos, the app requests add-only Photos access to create the finished asset. It does not require broad access to browse your photo library.
On-device processing
The app itself makes no network requests. A system service such as iCloud Photos or a File Provider may download an item you selected according to your device settings and that provider’s terms. The developer does not receive that item.
Temporary files and retention
The app creates temporary local working files during import, preview, and export. It removes superseded, cancelled, failed, and stale work files. A finished export remains only in the app until you save, share, replace, or reset it, and remains at any destination you explicitly choose.
Sharing
Apple’s system share sheet sends an exported file only to the destination you select. That destination’s privacy practices are governed by its provider.
Children
This is a general-purpose media editing utility and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If the app’s practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the changed version is released.
